Monday, Monday...

Finally figured out what to do with my spatulas and spoons, etc. that used to hand behind my stove. I had them in a jar on the sink, but they were difficult to get out (hit the cupboard). So, I've thought of several ideas, but none seemed too feasible. Then I got it! I'll hang them on the side of the rolling cutting board/wine rack! Got the drill and installed. Perfect! Handy, but not in the was and really not all that noticeable.

Worked out again. I think I'm going to switch this to morning before work. Way to difficult to get motivated after working all day. We'll see.

Dinner was an herbed crimini mushroom and Swiss cheese omelet, with tomato slices on the side. And, that's about all Monday had to offer...
