Well, this week, Wednesday is the boring day! Swept the kitchen floor, ate leftovers (pasta from Sunday) and watched the second 2-hour season premier of "24".
Two things I keep forgetting to mention:
1. I have now used the chop attachment for the immersion blender twice on onions. Thing works great and its far easier than cleaning up my food processor. Only caution is that you have to really watch it. First time I pulsed it for 15 seconds - perfect chopped onions. Second time I must have pulsed it a few seconds longer, because I had minced onions instead.
2. The great TV Guide mystery! Just after Christmas, I started getting the TV Guide in the mail. Why? I don't know. I haven't got a bill for it and I'm pretty sure I didn't order it... Strange! Like most cable users, I am in the habit of using the TV Guide channel, so I don't use it for that, but the stories are interesting.
