Can you say TGIF if you only worked two days?

I woke up early this morning, before the alarm. Early, and hungry. So, I thought I'd make myself a little breakfast of soft boiled eggs. I like soft boiled eggs by the way. Its funny, but a lot of people I've talked to (younger people) have never eaten soft boiled eggs. I wonder when and why they fell out of favor. I like mine mixed with a little torn up bread, butter, salt and pepper, but I do remember my Dad using an egg cup (when did they stop being sold, BTW?), cutting the top off and spooning out the egg inside.

Cold again. 9 degrees F (-13 C.) with a biting wind. On the weather this morning, they said the wind chill was -6 degrees F. or -22 C.

Stopped at Meijers on the way home. I needed to pick up some stuff this weekend for Sunday's dinner and its supposed to snow tomorrow. So, tomorrow, I'll be snug and warm and NOT have to go out all weekend!

I did call my brother Jim and wish him a happy 70 birthday.

Dinner Friday night was the toaster oven, tortillas pizzas. BTW, I forgot to mention: I did talk to my Mother about her pizza effort and I apparently misled her. If you remember, I advised her that, since you are only melting the cheese and warming the toppings, the microwave could probably be used instead of the toaster oven (hers is smaller than mine, which is what brought this up). However, when I checked on her results, she said the crust was limp and soggy, not crusty like mine. So, she said she would try again, but this time she will use the toaster oven.

Watched TV and fell asleep around 10:00 PM.
