So, you won't let me off the hook?

Cold and windy (again) with 20-30 mph sustained winds and gusts up to 45 mph. Wicked wind chill factor, but none the less, I stopped at Meijer's after work to do the grocery shopping that I couldn't do on Sunday.

So, I got home just after 6:00 PM. First thing I had to do was reset all the clocks. I must have lost power during the day, because they were all blinking. I unloaded the car and put away the groceries and then unloaded the dishwasher. I switched out the kitty litter and got the garbage ready to go out to the road in the morning.

For dinner, I mixed and matched my two leftover dinners and came up with: Roast beef slices with horseradish (from Saturday) and mashed potatoes and rutabagas with butter, salt and pepper (from Sunday).

Forgot to mention yesterday, but I did talk with my brother's Jim Carl and Joe at various times yesterday and today and got their report: Mom did eat and enjoyed her homemade chicken noodle soup.

I watched TV until 10:00 PM and then went to sleep, with Caley sleeping on the other pillow at the head of the bed and Scruffy sleeping next to my feet.
