First Checkup

I woke up at 6:00 AM on Tuesday. First of all, its garbage day. Next, for a change, I have someplace to be today. I have a doctor's appointment at 9:45 AM in Mt. Clemens.

So I shaved and showered and got dressed. I left at about 8:30 AM. I got there about 9:35 AM. I had to wait a while. But I finally got in.

First the nurse took out my stitches. Then I waited again until the doctor came in. He explained that my rotator cuff was a lot worse than they thought from just the MRI. They actually had to pull it over my shoulder bone and staple it in. He also had pictures of the inside of my shoulder (several sheets of them) and he gave me one (kinda gross).

I was exhausted by the time I left there. I actually started to worry I might fall asleep on the way home. But, I made it here in one piece.

I popped a pain pill and took a nap. It's supposed to rain for the next four or five days, so when I got back up; I went out and cut the front and back lawn.

Those guys were still working on the road and dust was blowing everywhere.

For dinner, I ate the rest of Carla's chicken and collard greens. I watched TV until 11:00 PM and went to bed.
