P.S. The storm watch has been upgraded to a Winter Storm Warning and they are now predicting up to one inch of ice by Monday morning. But, it still beats the hell out of poor Amy and her Carls. Minnesota is supposed to get 10-18 inches of snow, according to the Weather Channel.
ReplyDeleteWell I guess I should've looked outside I thought we didn't get any snow until the dog had to go out and I could not open the door. I spent the entire Fri/Saturday sick and throwing up and so Carl went out and shoveled a path. While I laid in bed watching the Daytona 500. Good thing there is no school tommorow since school closing are on the crawl of the TV. Did you get any snow???
ReplyDeleteSorry that post was supposed to have my name
ReplyDelete"I spent the entire Fri/Saturday sick"
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear that. Feeling any better now?
"Did you get any snow?"
My area saw 4-6 inches yesterday, which made the drive home from work take a few hours. Not fun. I get to do the drive in reverse here in a few minutes. Hopefully, the plows have had plenty of time to clean the route.
@ Amy: I had officially 8.2 inches of snow, not to mention blowing and drifting (I guessed 9 inches). Hope you feel better soon.
ReplyDelete@ jwg: "Hopefully, the plows have had plenty of time to clean the route." Good luck with that one. It took me almost an hour to drive 10 miles. I never saw a plow or salt truck.
