Bon Appetit interviewed 11 famous chefs on their most sexiest meals ever. Here's one I wish I'd tried when I was raising chickens:
"I was visiting the Ruffino winery in Tuscany, Italy where the owner brought me to their hen house to taste a true delicacy -- fresh, warm, raw hens' eggs. He took the eggs straight from the hen, cracked them in half, poured off the white, and sprinkled the warm yolk with fresh sea salt and extra virgin olive oil. Then, we shot it down like an oyster shooter! It was life changing--one of the most delicious things I've ever tasted -- and a bit erotic."
