I woke up at 7:00 AM on Wednesday (my last Wednesday off, hopefully) and read a book for a while. Then I went on the computer and after several re-writes, posted the first Blog entry. I took a break and made a fresh pot of coffee.
I noticed the garbage was still sitting out there. I guess garbage men take President’s Day off.
One thing I did (although I promised myself I wouldn’t “do” anything today) was to sort through my paper recipes. I have a tendency of spotting something on the Internet that looks good, printing the recipe out, putting it on top of the toaster oven and then never making it. I threw away a bunch of them.
So, I spent the day either reading or watching TV. I dozed off a couple of times.
I made Linguine with clam sauce for dinner.
Because of the naps, I guess, I didn’t get to bed at midnight.
