Tuesday's Tale

The cold front that moved in on Monday was still here on Tuesday, but with the added adventure of a stiff wind. In fact, when I went home for lunch, I drove through snow squalls!

After work, I did some minor housekeeping (unloading the dishwasher, washing the counters, etc.) Then I address the issues of my new shirts. Unfortunately, even though they said they were wash and wear, they came out of the dryer all wrinkled. I re-washed them, dried them again and guess what? Still wrinkled!

So, I got out the ironing board and ironed them all. Now, I don’t mind ironing, but its time consuming.

Once I was done with that, I made dinner. I fried a porterhouse steak in a skillet with a little olive oil and butter and made buttered herb egg noodles for my side. Both tasted excellent!

I went to bed at 9:30 after watching a little TV.

  2. Well, I got a great sear on both sides and it was a perfect medium-rare. I planned on only eating half, but ate the whole damn thing. It was perfect!
