Tuesday, cleaning up

I spent most of Tuesday night cleaning up the house for Lu's upcoming visit. This was complicated as halfway through the house, the electric sweeper ate a rock and quit working. So, I spent the rest of the time with either a regular broom or a mop.

By 9:30, my back was killing me, so I thought I'd take a short break. Unfortunately, I fell asleep sitting on the couch. Fortunately, I woke up (stiff and sore) at about 1:00 AM, so I washed the kitchen and bathroom floors and put the bedding from the daybed (in the office) in the washer.

Then I went to bed for good.
