Looks delicious! Was thinking beef stew this weekend but since Carla did braised chicken yesterday, I'm going chili.
Yeah, I kicked the chili idea around, too. Maybe next weekend for that.

Yeah, I was a bit bummed when I processed the photo, but by that time I had already eaten it. Hope your stew is GREAT! It's definitely the time for it.
